Fix: navcancl ieframe.dll IE7

Problem:
navcancl ieframe.dll Microsoft Windows update broke IE7
Solution:
a. Go to Start menu -> Click Run -> type "iexplore.exe -nohome -extoff" (without quotes) and press enter.
This will open MS Internet Explorer with a blank page and without any extensions.
b. If you cannot see the Menu Bar. Right click on the toolbar area and click Menu Bar.
c. Go to Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Security -> Disable Phishing Filter
Hopefully this should fix IE7 for a while, at least until Microsoft will create a fix for it.
